We Believe that You Should be Comfortable

Part of the reason so many people hire our team is because we go out of our way to make the sales process easy. We take on much ofthe workload, handling the mundane details that have traditionally been left up to the client.

Here are some of our “Anti-Hassle” Policies:

1. Easy-Cancellation Clause

“You can cancel any listing agreement with us at any time, provided the property isn’t either pending or sold.”

This is a clause that we include in every single one of our listing agreements. We don’t believe in forcing people to work with us, and we stand behind that belief… in writing.

We’d like to think that we get along well with everyone. We’d like to think that everyone likes us and that we will work well with you. We’d like to think this…

But it isn’t always true. Sometimes personalities conflict. Sometimes our strategies aren’t what you want. Sometimes your circumstances change and you just don’t want to sell your home anymore. Regardless of the reason, we’ll let you out of the listing contract.

It’s just that simple.

2. We’re The Only Realtors You Deal With

“We deal with the other Realtors… so You don’t Have to!”

When you hire our team, we create a buffer between you and the other Realtors in the market. We do this for a few reasons.

First, you’ve hired us. We work for you. We should be dealing with the showing calls, questions, and inquiries. We’re professionals, and we are experienced in dealing with Realtors to best represent your interests. This just makes sense to us.

Second, we can’t do our job if we aren’t talking to the other agents. The more opportunity we have to talk to the showing agents, the more likely we are to influence them in favor of the property. We can drop some hints as to great features on the home, draw attention to key points, and generally do what you’ve hired us to do! Again, this just makes sense to us.

Third, we know that not all showings are convenient. As a “buffer” between yourself and the showing Relators, we can protect your privacy and enforce your wishes when you don’t want a showing. Maybe you’re on the couch with the flu; maybe it’s your wedding anniversary; maybe… whatever. If you don’t want to showing at a certain time, that’s your perrogative. We’ll defend your rights as the homeowner and deal with the Realtors who want to show the home at this time. Again, that’s why you hired us.

3. Your Virtual Office

“We make it easy for you to know what’s happening… but on your schedule.”

You’re busy. You don’t want pestering phone calls when you’re doing something else. We get it.

So we’ve set up a “Virtual Office” where we post non time-sensitive communications to you, including feedback and website traffic stats. You can log in on your schedule at your convenience.

Whenever there’s a showing with feedback, we put that information into the Virtual Office for you to read through.

We try hard to respect your privacy and valuable personal time. There are ways to get you information, without getting in the way of your life. The Virtual Office technology is a great way to do it.

4. Calls on YOUR Schedule

“We Won’t Call Your Just for the Sake of Calling You… We’ll Call You with REAL Information”

It’s a common belief in our business that we have to call you every week, without fail, to “update you” on what we’re doing for you.

We don’t think this makes sense.

You get enough phone calls each day. People call to ask you to take surveys. Others call to offer you long distance plans. Then there’s the calls from your kids’ friends, your mother-in-law checking in, your own friends and family, and other calls that you probably want to get.

Another call from your Realtor, just to touch base, doesn’t make a lot of sense, does it? Especially not when you look at the amount of information we provide via email, Virtual Office, and in the mail. Do you really need a pointless phone call?

We don’t think so.

Call us any time. We work for you, so that’s a luxury that you have. But we won’t call you unless we have something that matters. We won’t call you to “chat”.

Direct Contact

“We don’t think that you should have to deal with a switchboard”

When you hire our team, you get direct contact to us. You don’t have to wait for the switchboard, or wonder if your call got sent to another agent in our office instead of us.

Our personal voicemails are confidential. Nobody else accesses them for us. So if we’re unavailable, leave us a voicemail and we know that we’ll get it.

No more switchboards.

Our Team Is Always Here

“You’ll have one of our team members local at all times. We don’t take vacations…”

WWell, that’s not entirely true. We do take vacations. But not together. So there’s always at least 2 members of our team in town to service your needs.

We don’t leave your home in the hands of a Realtor or real estate team that you didn’t hire. If you wanted that person to represent you… you would have hired them!

With our team, you only have to deal with us. We’re always here for you.
