Let’s be honest. The least interesting part of buying a home is applying for and dealing with the mortgage. But it’s one of those necessary evils that almost all of us have to deal with.

Hopefully these mortgage calculators will help to give you a better idea as to what you can afford, and what it will cost you in your payments. So that you have some information and knowlege when going to see a banker or mortgage broker.

Please remember that these are just online calculators. They aren’t a pre-approval and they are meant for nothing more than giving you an idea; they aren’t exact numbers.

We highly recommend that you talk with a mortgage professonal about your financing needs; while doing so isn’t as much fun as looking at homes; it’s something that you’ll probably have to do eventually. It’s always best to get it done and out of the way so that you can concentrate on the fun part… finding your home!
