Lakeview Greens Townhouse Condominium Complex – Edmonton
There are quite a few condominium complexes in Edmonton and they each vary in size, composition, condo fees etc…
I am going to write a series of blog posts about several different complexes and their make-up.
First, Lakeview Greens (Klarvatten), as it’s known within the real estate community.
Why? It’s because there is also Lakeview Greens (Lago Lindo). I will discuss the Lago Lindo complex in another blog post.
Lakeview Greens (Klarvatten) is located at 16823-84 St in north Edmonton and is comprised of 101 units of 2-storey townhouse condominiums. The development was built in 2002 and it features a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom homes from about 990 sq feet to 1155 sq feet, depending on the style.
Each home has an attached garage on the front with hall-way entry door, while some units even have natural-gas fireplaces in the living room. It is up to individual owners to develop the basements, if they so choose.
The condo fees are quite reasonable, averaging $140 per month, and they were last increased in August 2009 from about $115 per month.
Lakeview Greens is a sought-after complex because of its location, low condo fees, ample visitor parking, and useful floor-plans.
