Homestead House Townhouse Condominium Complex – Edmonton
There are quite a few condominium complexes in Edmonton and they each vary in size, composition, condo fees etc…
This is another in a series of blog entries about several different complexes and their make-up.
Next is Homestead House, on the corner of 167th Ave and 100 St in the community of Lorelei, Zone 27 - north Edmonton.
Homestead House is comprised of 44 units of 2-storey townhouse condominiums. The development was built in 1982 and it features 3 bedroom – 1 and a half bathroom homes of approximately 1150 sq feet, depending on the style.
Each home has a small fenced yard on the front or back, with the parking being assigned, above ground, energized stalls. It is up to individual owners to develop the basements, if they so choose.
The condo fees are quite reasonable, averaging $182 per month (09/10).
Homestead House is a nice complex because of its accessible location, low condo fees, visitor parking, and useful floor-plans.
