What Are “Secret Listings”

TIn a nutshell, these are properties that aren’t actually for sale. They come from a variety of places, including the following:

- People who have contacted us about someday selling their home but aren’t “listed” yet.

- People to whom we’ve sold a home that you may want. Our valued clients.

- Homes that have been for sale in the past and, while not for sale now, would still welcome a sale.

- For Sale By Owner Homes

- Up-and-Coming Listings of “friendly Realtors” and people in my office.

- People who have inquired into the “homes wanted” section of this website.

How Does It Work?

There isn’t any work needed on your part, as all the work is done by John and his team. The only thing you have to do is sit down with john to let him know what sort of a home you’re looking for so that he can contact the right home owners. This meeting takes about 1/2 an hour.

After this meeting, John will review the database of secret listings and identify which ones would fit best to your desires and needs. He’ll then contact the owners, set up showings, and take you to see the homes. It’s that simple.

When he contacts these home owners, it lends a great deal of confidence to the sellers if they know you are a serious buyer. As such, it would be best to have a pre-approval in place. Our lender team members will be happy to provide a pre-approval for you.
